Easy Oat and Almond Butter Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients:
-1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
-2 very ripe bananas
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
-1/4 cup hemp seeds
-2 tbsp grade B pure maple syrup
-1 tsp vanillla extract
Directions:
-Chuck it all in a large mixing bowl. Combine well with a hand mixer. Prepare a baking sheet with coconut oil. Portion out into 1/4 cup mounds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool (or if you're like me eat it when it's piping hot) and enjoy!
