Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups left over almond pulp from homemade Almond Milk
-1/2 cup almond flour
-1/4 cup pure maple syrup
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
-1 egg
-1 tbsp + 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted
Directions:
-Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper
-Combine all ingredients well.
-Scoop out onto the cookie sheet in 1/2 cup portions.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
