Caramel Date Dip

Ingredients:
- 15-20 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
- 1 frozen banana, chuncked up
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla


Directions:
-Chuck it all in the food processor or high-powered blender (I use my Ninja) and let it rip until everything is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides a couple of times. You can let it run longer than you think you should because it will make it creamier. This will keep in the fridge for a couple of days, if it lasts that long. I can eat the whole batch for a meal in one sitting. It's seriously so good. Try it!


Serve it with apple slices, celery sticks or just eat it my the spoonful. It's SO good!
