Raw Green Southwest Soup

Ingredients:
-1 bunch of kale, stemmed and chopped
-2 ribs of celery, chopped
-1-1 1/2 cups of water
-3 scallions, chopped
-1 cup packed cilantro
-1/2 cup pea shoots (optional- but I LOVE them)
-1 whole lime plus the juice of another lime
-1/2 tsp chopped habanero pepper (optional but I love spicy)
-1 avocado
-sea salt and pepper to taste
-1 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:
-Start with the water and half of the kale in the blender. Process until smooth. Add the rest of the kale and all of the other ingredients, EXCEPT the avocado. Blend until smooth. At the end, add in half of the avocado and blend. If you blend the avocado too long, it becomes frothy. save the other half for garnish or chunk it up and mix it in with the soup. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Serve topped with chopped tomatoes crunchy sprouts.
