Gluten Free Savory Pumpkin Seed Crackers

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (you can use sunflower seeds also)
-1/3 cup flax meal
-2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
-1 egg
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 tbsp onion powder
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp paprika

Directions:
-Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
-Grind pumpkin seeds in the food processor until they reach a coarse meal.
-In a mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
-Turn the mixture out onto a sheet of parchment and cover it with another sheet of parchement. Roll out the mixture until it's 1/8 inch in thickness.
-Cut out the crackers in whatever shape you like. I had a cute little fish
cookie cutter. Transfer them to a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
-Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

You can totally sub out the onion powder and garlic powder for different herbs or spices if you like. You can go for rosemary and black pepper, or herbs de provence. Whatever you like.

*Use all organic ingredients  when possible.
